We are currently seeking a Sales & Business Development specialist. 

Our ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record with experience working in sales and/or territory/business development within a digital agency or industry vertical. We are looking for someone that is able to collaborate with our team, providing strategic insight and deliver a consultative sales approach, opening, cultivating and penetrating new vertical markets and drive new business.

This role is a combination of sales within the existing pipeline and new market development. It requires a strategic, creative and resourceful approach to identifying and developing new markets and pipeline opportunities, as well as skills to consultatively close business with existing market prospects.

This is a leadership role that will initially be mentored by the current founder and head of business development. Early focus and development of the position will be achieved through on-the-job work with the founder, focused on converting current market opportunities and prospects. This will be a step on the path to understanding FootSteps products and strategic focus, moving to greater independence and new market expansion.
